- Book transfer directly via our popular destination catalog or fill up the booking form for quotation.
- Receive quotation or order info through email or whatsapp
- Keep in touch with us via whatsapp/email
- We will send you the driver details one day before via whatsapp/email. For any changes, you must inform us at least two days before.
- Driver will reach your location on time. Pay actual cash amount to driver before departure. (Except you already paid via credit card through our website)
DO YOU HAVE ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVERS?
Yes. Our driver can speak in English, Mandarin and Malay
What types of transport models do you have?
We have 3 types of car-Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, Hyundai Starex. Different transport model will have different price. Kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.
How long in advance should I book a private car?
You can book anytime before the pick-up time. For the day tour, we are encourage you to booking at least 3 days in advance, thus, we are able to arrange the schedule for you as soon as possible.
How long in advance that can I revise my travel schedule?
You can revise your schedule at least 24 hours before pick up.
When should I receive the driver’s details?
We will send SMS or Whatsapp or email to you about driver details in 24 hours before pick up
All prices per vehicle or per person?
Our prices is per vehicle not per person.
Are there any hidden or surcharge fees?
No, there are no any extra charge for the trip. Additional charges will apply when you change your destination point or request more pick up/drop off point.
How do I pay for my booking?
You can online banking, paypal or cash on delivery .we only accept Cash in Malaysia Ringgit or Singapore Dollar.
Is there any refunds my cancelled bookings?
Yes, there will be 100% refund of the booking fee if cancellation is made 1 days before the pick-up date
Do you have any Surcharge if my flight is delayed?
Depend on the situation. Kindly provide us your flight no and time. For easy to track and estimate arrival time.
How can the driver find me on the airport?
Our driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has your name on it.
When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the private car?
No, The passenger only sit in the car during the entire journey.
How long does it take to travel from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
Approximately 2 hours, it’s depend on the day of the traffic condition.
Will there be any charges for additional luggage?
No additional charges for luggage
Do you only provide transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
Not only Singapore to Johor Bahru but the entire west Malaysia.
