A small town like Kluang, being stand out is really important especially when in a cafe business. However, it is totally a different case for The Base Tea Bar. As you can see from the photo above, it located at an alley behind a row of shops which the road is the dead end. Interior design is more of the 1990s. The rattan chairs and tables are very small and low. Unless you are here only for their tea, it is inconvenient to have a meal. This is an air-conditioned environment, but it can be quite hot, especially in the afternoon, where the sun shines directly above your head. But that’s what makes this cafe special. Here, you can enjoy a rose brewed pot with their Okonomiyaki Ham. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese pizza with ham as the main ingredient here. MyKluang Coffee is a great place to have a refreshing breakfast or lunch or even a full dinner at Kluang. The main theme of the restaurant is black and white, providing a refreshing breakfast for customers. If you come here for breakfast, toast with kaya butter and soft steamed bread is highly recommended. You can also choose other unique ingredients, in addition to Kaya and butter, such as coconut slices, chicken slices and sambal. Kluang is developing slowly so does our restaurants. Loading Bay Cafe is another fine example of how the restaurant in Kluang has developed into. Located at the busiest street in Kluang which you do not wish to stuck in the road during lunch hour. So, some people will not notice this restaurant located just next to KFC. If you come here, you can try their Spicy Shrimp Pasta. It comes with three level of spiciness to choose from and my limit is at mild spicy. That’s also have another famous dishe which is Grilled Norwegian Salmon served with lemon yoghurt sauce. It’s tastes delicious and sweet salmon meat serving in a rather reasonable portion which you have room for dessert later on. Their famous dessert is Homemade Chocolate Lava Torte. The combination of warm chocolate and cold Vanilla Ice Cream. There are lots of not too sweet chocolate fudge, before you enjoy all the chocolate cake, you must have a little ice cream and a chocolate cake. Absolutely sacred!
