Car Pooling Terms & Conditions

Safety: Customers must comply with all safety regulations and laws while using the carpooling service. This includes wearing a seatbelt at all times and refraining from using the service while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
 
Respect for others: Customers must treat other riders and drivers with respect and refrain from engaging in any discriminatory or harassing behavior. Any instances of such behavior may result in suspension or termination of the customer’s account.
 
Cancellation policy: Customers are responsible for cancelling their rides in a timely manner if they are unable to attend the ride. Failure to cancel may result in additional fees or penalties.
 
Payment: Customers are responsible for paying their share of the transportation costs through the app or platform provided by the carpooling service.
 
Liability: The carpooling service is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while using the service. Customers are responsible for any damages they may cause to the vehicle or other passengers.
 
Dispute resolution: Any disputes between customers or between customers and the carpooling service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than through the court system.
