Best Time to visit Pulau Besar

To ensure your safety, Pulau Besar does not welcome tourists during the monsoon season (October-March). The sea is rough and the wind is strong and fast. Therefore, water sports are prohibited to protect the safety of tourists. Many resorts also close during this period. June to August is the summer in Malaysia. During this period, there was good weather for water sports and many other activities. Ship movement is less affected by adverse tidal conditions. It is therefore recommended that a visit to Pulau Besar be held between June and August.
