New Chua Kee Seafood Restaurant is the new branch of Chua Kee Seafood Restaurant in Gelang Patah. It has everything from fresh seafood such as fish, crabs and prawns, delicious pork, chicken to various vegetables.
These dishes are available in different sizes. If you eat here, the salted egg crab and honey wings are a must try. Other popular dishes include hotplate sophora bean curd, butter pork and steamed fish.
For drinks, we recommend their homemade herbal tea, which is very refreshing. Remember to ask your server for seasonal recommendations!

Restoran Tian Lai
Another famous seafood restaurant in Gelang Patah is Restaurant Tian Lai. The location of the restaurant is easy because there are so many people and cars at mealtime every day.
The seafood recommendation is their chilli crab, which comes in a rich and delicious sauce. This dish is not too spicy and has a strong egg aroma, which is perfect for children.
Don’t forget to try their steamed Ikan patin, which also has naturally sweet meat. Sambal sotong is stewed with many ingredients and tastes a bit like Nyonya cuisine. All I can say is that you can really feel the freshness because sotong is extremely elastic and bouncy!

Wee Hoi Kopitiam & Pau has been in business for 3 generations, serving a variety of homemade bread in a humble little shop. Business is very good because there are so many people ordering takeout every day.
Each bun has a rich filling, a chewy bite, and you’ll feel a lively bounce in your mouth. If you like meat bun, I’m sure all the locals will recommend their braised pork belly bun, which has a good balance of fat.
